返回高斯概率密度函数下的面积，从负无穷积分到 x

参数：

x (ArrayLike) – 类型为 float32、float64 的数组。

返回值：

一个数组，其 dtype=x.dtype。

引发：

TypeError – 如果 x 不是浮点类型。

返回类型：

数组
